Our Story
ELMIR was born from a simple conviction: we can craft better beer; a beer that is natural and full of character.
Founded by Noel Abi Nader, Chris Fadel, and Marc Bou Zeidan, ELMIR began in 2016 as a hands-on pursuit of better beer. For two years, we brewed, tested, failed, refined, and experimented guided by science, patience, and unwavering belief in the craft.
In November 2018, ELMIR entered the market. What started as a small brewing project quickly grew into Lebanon’s leading craft beer, poured in bars and pubs and shared at tables where authenticity matters.
Today, ELMIR reaches beyond borders while remaining deeply rooted in Lebanon.
