7 October 2026 - Craft Beer Meets Culinary Art: ELMIR Wheat Ale’s Culinary Pairing with Chef Sarah-Joe Geara for a Cause
ELMIR Craft Beer was honored to be part of Dine For A Cause, a special culinary initiative held during the 8th edition of Whisky Live Beirut, from October 7–9 at AVA Venue, bringing together gastronomy and community impact in support of the Lebanese Red Cross. As part of the initiative, Chef Sarah-Joe Geara selected ELMIR Wheat Ale as a pairing for her exclusive menu, showcasing the versatility of Lebanese craft beer in a refined culinary setting. A medium-bodied Weissbier, ELMIR Wheat Ale releases a distinctive banana aroma that flows across the palate, balanced by notes of bread and subtle sourness, while its golden hue, lasting white collar, and generous carbonation contribute to a refreshing and expressive drinking experience. The pairing allowed the beer and dish to complement one another, with the Wheat Ale bringing freshness, depth, and character to the culinary experience. For ELMIR, the collaboration reflects the connection between craftsmanship, community, and culture, while providing an opportunity to celebrate Lebanese craft and contribute to a meaningful cause. ELMIR extends its appreciation to Chef Sarah-Joe Geara, Hospitality Services, the Lebanese Red Cross, and everyone who contributed to making Dine For A Cause a memorable culinary experience.
